Yes, we do! If you would like to start an exchange please reach out to our team at Info@manful.co.uk. Please make sure to include your order number and what you would like to exchange to. 

We have a 30 days return policy which begins the day the order arrives with you. If you would like further information on returns, please refer to our return policy. 

If your order arrives damaged or you believe something's wrong, please email our support over at Info@manful.co.uk and include images of the issue.

We will always have your order shipped within 3 business days! 

If your order is delayed please email us at Info@manful.co.uk and we'll be happy to help. We aim to always get back to you within 24 hours, however, over national holidays and weekends it might take us longer to get back to you.

If customs charges are applicable in your country and you are ordering from outside the UK, we do not cover these.

The order will be packaged with a black velvet gift bag and the option to add a gift box to your order is available on the product page! 

We currently have jewellery in our collection ranging from Stainless Steel, Tungsten, Titanium, and Damascus Steel. All these metals provide their unique look and properties but share a few main ones. By purchasing a piece from Manful, you are guaranteed that your piece will not fade or turn green and is completely waterproof. 

All of our pieces are 100% waterproof and won't fade or green from getting wet.  

All of our jewellery is hypoallergenic and won't cause skin irritation.
