What size do I need?
Measure your wrist and add 1.5cm to 2cm. Most men order 19cm to 21cm and these run 18.5cm to 22cm. Several are on adjustable cord, so they pull to fit without a measurement. Full guide here.
Can these go in the shower?
No, take them off. Most of these are strung on cord or paired with leather, and repeated soaking weakens the cord and dries the leather until it cracks. The beads and steel are fine; the thing holding them together is not.
How do I look after them?
Keep them dry, and wipe them with a dry cloth after wearing. If one gets caught in the rain, dry it flat at room temperature rather than on a radiator.
Will these turn my skin green?

Can I wear one with a watch?
Yes, and it is the most common way to wear them. Keep the bracelet on the opposite wrist, or below the watch if you want them stacked.
