50cm (20") is the safe default for most men: it sits at the collarbone and carries a pendant at the right height. Go 45cm for a closer fit on slimmer builds, or 55-60cm to fall onto the chest and for layering. See our necklace sizing guide for a visual comparison.

Warm water, a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft cloth is all any piece needs; dry it after and you are done. Avoid abrasive polishing compounds on coloured (PVD coated) pieces. No special storage needed, though the velvet gift bag your order arrives in makes a handy scratch-free home.
