Yes, within 30 days of your order arriving, for a different size or another item of the same value, as long as it is unworn and undamaged. Email info@manful.co.uk with your order number, where you bought it and what you would like instead. Engraved and personalised pieces can't be exchanged.

Yes, within 30 days of your order arriving. The item needs to be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Email info@manful.co.uk with your order number before you send anything back and we'll reply with the return address; items sent back without asking first can't be accepted. Return postage is paid by you. Engraved and personalised pieces can't be returned. Full details are in our refund policy.

If your order arrives damaged or something looks wrong, email info@manful.co.uk with photos of the problem.

Each product page shows an estimated delivery date.

We dispatch every order from the UK within the time shown on its product page. These are the courier times after that:

UK Standard, Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2 to 3 business days

UK Express, Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24: next business day

International Standard: 3 to 17 business days

International Express: 2 to 11 business days

Manful is a UK business and we ship every order from the UK. UK customers pay no import fees and get tracking from dispatch. International orders ship from the UK too, with the delivery times above.

Most of our pieces are stainless steel, with tungsten, titanium, Damascus steel and 925 sterling silver in some designs, and genuine leather on our leather bracelets. Our metal pieces won't fade or turn your skin green.

Pick tungsten carbide for the most scratch resistance, titanium for the lightest ring and 316L steel for the lowest price. 925 silver is the only precious metal of the five, and Damascus steel shows a wavy, layered pattern. All five are waterproof and won't turn your finger green, and every one except Damascus takes an inside engraving for £10. Our guide to ring metals goes into more detail.

Yes. Our pieces are waterproof, so you can wear them in the shower and at the gym.

All our jewellery is hypoallergenic.

Our rings come in US sizes 6 to 13. Some start at 7 or stop at 12, so check the sizes on the product page. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest, and measure the exact finger you will wear the ring on. If you land between sizes, choose the larger one. 50cm (20") is the safe default for most men: it sits at the collarbone and carries a pendant at the right height. Go 45cm for a closer fit on slimmer builds, or 55-60cm to fall onto the chest and for layering. See our necklace sizing guide for a visual comparison.

Warm water, a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft cloth is all any piece needs. Dry it afterwards and you're done. Avoid abrasive polishing compounds on coloured (PVD coated) pieces. You don't need special storage, but the velvet gift bag your order arrives in keeps it from getting scratched.

Yes. Pieces in our Personalised range can be engraved: choose your text and font right on the product page and see a live preview before you order. Because each engraved piece is made for you, it can't be returned or exchanged, so check the text and the size before checkout.
