What size do I need?
Get sized by a jeweller if you can, since this is one to get right first time. Ours run US 6 to US 13. Fingers swell in heat and shrink in cold, so size in the middle of the day. How to measure at home, or go straight to the ring size chart.
Can a tungsten ring be resized?
No. Tungsten is far too hard to cut and rejoin, so it cannot be resized at any size. Order the size you know and exchange it if it is wrong rather than planning to alter it.
Is tungsten a good wedding ring?
It holds a polish longer than steel and resists scratching better than almost anything else worn daily. It is noticeably heavier, which most people either like immediately or not at all.
Will it scratch?
Far less than steel or silver. Tungsten is one of the hardest metals used in jewellery, so everyday knocks that would mark a softer band tend not to show.
Can I wear it in the shower?
Yes. Tungsten and Damascus steel are both waterproof and will not rust or tarnish.
