Material: Damascus Steel

What is Damascus Steel?
- Damascus Steel is a type of steel characterised by its distinctive wavy or mottled pattern, reminiscent of flowing water. It is made through a process of forge welding layers of different types of steel together, typically alternating between hard and soft varieties. This process makes the metal highly durable, rust-resistant, and waterproof. However, it should be noted that Damascus steel should not be worn in chlorine pools due to the effects of chlorine weakening the metal.

How do I clean Damascus Steel?
- Due to its high water and heat resistance, cleaning the piece with hot water and soap is completely safe. Ensure thorough rinsing after cleaning to avoid any marks. We also recommend using a microfiber cloth to maintain the piece's pristine appearance.
